Closer 1, The Pilot project - ACCEPTING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Introducing an innovative homeownership and community development model delivering more, perpetually affordable, socially and environmentally sustainable, connected neighbourhoods in Aotearoa.
Our pilot project in Katikati, Bay of Plenty, is underway and will showcase a variety of homes for a group of up to 18 committed residents. This development features shared green space, food and produce production zone, brand new energy efficient homes all coupled with our sustainable expense reduction programs, all in close proximity to local amenities and the town centre.

Closer 2, THe grand design
We are currently working on a larger developments that would provide up to 40 homes per village. These developments also feature shared green space, food and produce production zone, brand new energy efficient homes coupled with our sustainable expense reduction programs. With the larger scale of CLOSER 2 we will provide more community amenities at a lower price point, with the ability to enable multiple communities each with their own character.
THe future
We will be building more communities throughout New Zealand and will continue working to reduce all costs of the owning your own home, with even smarter design, energy efficiency programs and advanced building systems.
